OPERATION JIMMY DEAN PROMOTIONAL SEARCH

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.

1. SPONSOR

Operation Jimmy Dean (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Dropout Companies, LLC (“Sponsor”), with a principal place of business in Nashville, Tennessee.

2. PROMOTION DESCRIPTION

The Promotion is a discretionary promotional search and evaluation process, not a lottery, raffle, or guaranteed reward program.

The purpose of the Promotion is to identify and evaluate individuals legally named “Jimmy Dean” for a potential promotional reward, subject to Sponsor’s sole and absolute discretion.

Participation, qualification, verification, or selection at any stage does NOT guarantee receipt of any prize or compensation.

3. ELIGIBILITY

To be considered, an individual must:

• Be at least 18 years of age at time of entry
• Be a legal resident of the United States
• Have the exact legal name “Jimmy Dean” as reflected on a valid, government-issued photo ID
• Fully comply with these Official Rules and all requests from Sponsor
  

Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to disqualify any individual for any reason, including but not limited to incomplete, misleading, unverifiable, or suspicious information.

4. ENTRY METHOD

To enter, eligible individuals must email howdy@eatbronco.com with the subject line “Hi, I’m Jimmy Dean” and provide all requested information and documentation.

Submission of an entry does not create any contractual right, expectation, or entitlement to compensation or selection.

5. NO GUARANTEE OF SELECTION OR PAYMENT

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

• Being legally named “Jimmy Dean” does not guarantee selection
• Being the first to enter, verify, or qualify does not guarantee selection
• Being selected for further review does not guarantee receipt of the $150,000
• Sponsor is not obligated to award the promotional reward to any participant
  

Sponsor may, in its sole and absolute discretion:

• Select one, multiple, or no individuals
• Decline to award the promotional reward entirely
• Modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time

6. SELECTION PROCESS

Any potential recipient(s) will be determined by Sponsor based on criteria determined solely by Sponsor, which may include but are not limited to verification results, eligibility review, promotional suitability, legal considerations, and brand alignment.

Sponsor’s decisions are final, binding, and not subject to appeal.

7. PROMOTIONAL REWARD

If awarded, the promotional reward is up to $150,000 USD, payable solely at Sponsor’s discretion.

The reward:

• Is not guaranteed
• May be conditioned on additional agreements, releases, affidavits, and documentation
• May be withheld, delayed, reduced, or revoked for any reason permitted by law
  

Recipient is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes, and Sponsor may issue an IRS Form 1099.

8. PUBLICITY & RELEASES

Any individual selected for further consideration or potential reward may be required to sign:

• A publicity release
• A liability waiver
• A confidentiality agreement
• Any additional documents Sponsor deems necessary
  

Failure to sign required documents will result in immediate disqualification without compensation.

9. NO AFFILIATION DISCLAIMER

This Promotion is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or associated with:

• Jimmy Dean® brand
• Any trademark holder
• Target
• Any third-party brand or retailer

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, participants agree that Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any claims arising from or related to:

• Participation in the Promotion
• Failure to be selected
• Delay, modification, or cancellation of the Promotion
• Technical, administrative, or human errors
• Any expectation or reliance on receiving the promotional reward

11. INDEMNIFICATION

Participants agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sponsor from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of:

• Participation in the Promotion
• Breach of these Official Rules
• Misrepresentation of identity or eligibility

12. RIGHT TO CANCEL OR MODIFY

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Promotion at any time, for any reason, without prior notice, including if Sponsor determines that the Promotion cannot be conducted as intended.

13. GOVERNING LAW

The Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in Tennessee state or federal courts.

14. NO WAIVER

Failure by Sponsor to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

5. Shipping, Returns & Retail Purchases

If you purchased BRONCO through a retail partner like Walmart, please follow that retailer's return and refund policy. We do not process returns or refunds for in-store purchases.

If you experience an issue with a Bronco product, such as damage, spoilage, or a quality concern, please contact us at howdy@eatbroco.com with a description of the issue and a photo if possible. While we do not guarantee refunds or replacements, we may provide a one-time courtesy resolution at our discretion.

6. Order Substitutions & Availability

Some items (e.g., seasonal flavors) may be out of stock. We may substitute similar products or cancel orders with a refund.

7. Promotions & Code Use

If you enter a promo code or a referral reward, you agree to those additional terms. Promotions may exclude certain products or regions. You may receive relevant marketing emails unless you opt out.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the site—text, images, designs, trademarks—is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it without permission.
